As far as them in the store they are all great. Everyone is trying to make a sell, so of course everyone is going to be nice to you. It's when you get to the year of "no interest" where they screw you. If you want to pay double in interest of what you paid the product go ahead they'll be great but your not getting out of it without paying a bunch of interest.

My sales representative Clara was awesome and helpful in answering all questions I had. David the store manager was also very helpful in answering all the questions we had. Even talking about our high-school football team.

Great selection and reasonable prices! Our salesman Larry was the best! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Chris was also very good. He was great at taking care of and explaining the financing. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back!

I never thought I would shop at Conn's again after my last experience. The Conn's in Abilene has restored my faith. Ryan, the sales person was so polite and helpful that I will go back there to shop again. Even if I have to drive 2 hrs.

We came in from Snyder, from the get go Mike was very helpful! We came and saw exactly what we were looking for, not only is the store a very clean environment but they have a wide variety and all of the employees are very friendly and ready to help with anything. It was nothing complicated and hands down the best experience we've had in any furniture store. They make you feel comfortable the second you walk in, and the deals are great!
