I've been to this location twice and both times and both times there were issues. The first time the girl acted like I inconvenienced her when I came in and had to go to another store to get the help that I needed and the second happened yesterday. I went in to make a bridge pay payment and the guy didn't apply to bridge pay, just to the full payment causing my account to be suspended.

My sim card locked up and the person at the ambler ave.store would not help me with the account and told me to call them my self together the puk code and told me to borrow a phone to call from someone on the street

Valerie on 02/27/2023 added a line to my account. She didn’t tell me I must add funds to my account. My phone was shut off at midnight for non-payment and my dispatcher was unable to reach me. Valerie cost me at least $1,000. Hopefully she chooses further education to proactively sustain accounts. (Note: this is not a review of Cricket Wireless but the authorized dealer on S. 14th.)
