BUYER BEWARE.
We purchased a brand new Kawasaki Mule and paid cash for it. After
Delivery, we noticed that the hood had popped i on one side by the cup holder. We called the dealer and spoke to the salesman who we bought it from and told him about it. We sent pictures of Frthe problem and he sent out their delivery driver from this dealer because no service after the sale. to look at it. He said that he could just put a screw I. It to hold it down and we said that it should be replaced, the hood part. So he loaded it up and took it to the shop. That was on July 24th. We called on July 30th and the service department said they did t have it there. Another employee said that the salesman wasn’t there but he would get in touch with him and call us back. We never got a call back. We called again on the 31st and then spoke with the salesman who told us that the manufacturer wouldn’t replace the hood part so that they were just going to put a screw in it to hold it down and then but one on the other side so it matched. What a joke! This is the type of service you get after spending &10,000 on a machine, we are going to Jerry rig it because we don’t want to have to replace the whole hood. I cannot believe this and I would discourage anyone from buying ANYTHING from this dealer because no service after the sale!!!!! So, yay, I’ll have matching screws in my hood on my brand new mule. Spend your money somewhere else!!!’
Now we just wait to see when we get our machine back! Maybe next week. Very unhappy customer. You would think they could afford to just get
The hood and fix it properly but they are taking the easy way out.

Our adopted grandson recently had a rear tire replaced because of his stupidity. They called him out for what he did and then they were INCREDIBLY generous to him. It was WAY COOL! I don't know if they felt sorry for him, but whatever the reason, they were AMAZING! As a former business owner I'm so encouraged when I see businesses that are still kind and generous! Support your local dealer! They are worth the difference!!! Thank you men for what you did for our grandson! I pray GOD will bless your business this year with fantastic sales!

The service department, with the exception of Micah, has been extremely rude and crass toward me for the last month and half. Over a month ago I ordered a replacement tire for my motorcycle and was told it would be a couple days to get the tire. I then scheduled an appointment with that delay in mind, and was told they would call me if my tire didn't come in. Upon the scheduled appointment I came in expecting to have my bike good to go in a little more than an hour, only to be told they did not have my tire in stock and it never arrived from shipping. They then tried to sell me on a tiny two inch tire, to which I told them absolutely not, and asked what else could be done. Micah told me they would have to order a stock tire, and it would take a week for it to arrive. He then told me that the cost of the stock one was double what I was quoted and they would attempt to get me taken care of same day as the tire arriving. This was almost three weeks ago. I haven't heard anything from anyone concerning my tire replacement. I am very dissatisfied with the service department, and regret trying to promote this business to other people. If you buy a bike here don't expect to get quality customer service from the service department, they really seem to only enjoy disrespecting people. Again, I must emphasize that Micah was fantastic, and I feel that the rest of the service staff could learn from him.

took utv in at 0730.they promised job completion by 2pm.the mule was ready at 11am.they estimated the cost at 500$.our bill was 274$.this is how a service business should be run.

I live in San Angelo and after dealing with the people at the local family powersports I decided to make the drive to Crown Powersports. Walked in and was greeted right then, no high sales tactics, no trying to sell extended warranties, insurance or anything. Straight to the point NO BS. Was in and out within 90 mins. Definitely recommend!
