Nice staff and pharmacy staff

This pharmacy is trash. They never have my prescription referrals in their system, so they have to look through all their prescription referrals by hand before they find me (this continues to happen every refill). Another thing, I arrived one day to pick up a prescription, but they did not have it ready and told me to come back tomorrow. When I came back the next day, I found they had never gotten it ready, and I had to wait an additional hour before they said it was finally ready. Not worth the multiple trips.

Absolute worst pharmacy ever. The “boss” had a complete disdain for his job and customers, was extremely rude and refused to give an 8 month pregnant lady medication due to their systems having an error on my insurance. If he hates his job that much he needs a new one

Cvs pharmacy has the most unhappy miserable rudest employees..... pharmacist is the mgr is a joke and rude ash!!!! They all need a new job! Don't use this pharmacy.

Everyone in the pharmacy rude the “boss” serious about leaving couldn’t get my 1 year olds medicine ready in 15 minutes they lazy if you’re that miserable and hate your job y’all need to stay home? then when we go back in the morning that lady has a attitude cause she can’t spell.

Self check out only yet while I was checking out store personnel hovered over me. I asked her if she wanted check me out. She said she had to watch. Asked her to back away. So rude. She is being paid to watch why not just check customers out?

Called for meds at 4:45 PM on Sunday because the other CVS on Willis was closed. They said they would have them ready when I got there. I arrived at 5:20 PM and they were ready as promised. Great service and very nice folks. Better than Willis CVS.

I caught an elder employee watching me as if I was going to steal something. I am not that person. Just doing your job but it is offensive being brown skin, black hair and there are others in the store that you weren’t watching. Very rude and offensive.

***use caution***This pharmacy did not have the medication my doctor ordered in stock and automatically issued something that was not covered at all by insurance without informing me.Contact your referring prescription if this ever happens.This is bad customer service.

Legit questions of a pharmacist are not a priority because they refuse to answer their phone when needing assistance from an actual human. I spent over an hour on hold and never did get through. Switching pharmacies asap.

Pharmacy is under staffed. Not friendly at all. They close in the middle of the day. It seems they are put off to have to wait on a customer.

Stopped in to drop off an Amazon return. I'd never done this here so the CVS associate helped me out. She was pleasant, helpful and really good natured. I appreciated her assistance so much! I picked up a prescription and was heading out the door when I spotted something I needed. The same associate waited on me and asked if I had any coupons, so I showed her my pharmacy receipt. She said, "wow! You have $8 here that you can use right now!" And so I did! How cool is that? It was a great visit, I got a lot done and appreciated the nice customer service.
