Clearly a trend of poor customer service.
Today, went to pick up my Rx and walked up at 1:27 pm. This is important, because the gate was shut and said “Closed from 1:30-2:00.” I could see the Pharmacist walking by the counter and asked if I could get my meds. He said “Nope! We’ll reopen at 2:00.” He didn’t care when I told him it was only 1:27, and proceeded to ignore me and walk off. I then told him I had to leave for a flight and couldn’t wait until 2:00. Guess he was already committed to his walk-off.
Rudest behavior by someone who is supposed to be a professional.
Not sure why I even post this, clearly with a 2-star review for this location, there is 0 care.
Keep up the rude service to your customers and you’ll meet the same fate as other companies that have come and gone. I’ll be changing all of my prescriptions elsewhere.

I used to tell everyone to come to this pharmacy because they are normally very friendly and get to know you by name. I was shocked when they knowlingly shorted my prescription and then tried to charge me more then the full script was originally. That plus the terrible attitude from the tech who obviously just got broken up with or something. I would fire this person for the rude words she continued to spew. I know everyone has bad days but hun you need therapy and a job that doesnt require customer service. Great job at getting me to never use this trashy cvs again.

It’s always something when I come to this place to get my prescriptions. I can never get what I need on time, I’ll be gone before I can even see my prescription. It’s either the system is down, my prescription under the wrong name, or it’s not found after it was sent multiple times smh. Never again!

If I could rate this pharmacy ZERO stars I would. The customer service is horrible. The pharmacist gives a half-ass counsel. The drugs are never in stock. ANY pharmacy would be better.

Lot of issues with this CVS. Most recent is the fact they don't open when they say they do. Pulled up today and waited 25 minutes past 8 for someone to open the door and no one ever did. The signs all say 8:00 AM and no temp sign anywhere stating different. Online it shows they open at 7:00 AM! I was 30 minutes late to work due to them and still did not get what I needed. The staff is always rude, the pharmacy doesn’t know what they are doing and not once has my medication been ready when they say. Rude pharmacist and they could care less about your health. Terrible, these people should be ashamed of themselves.

This is by far the worst store pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I have been told repeatedly for two weeks that my prescription would be ready for pick up the next day, just for it to not be ready. Beyond ridiculous. If you have medications that require regular refills, I highly recommend using a different CVS location or store altogether.

I use CVS for a routine prescription and I also used them recently to pick up some basic items. No issues in either area.

If you want a good mood ruined real fast try cvs pharmacy. The young girl at the register is either having a bad day or just one of the rudest people I have ever met for absolutely no reason. Also almost charged me $88 on a medication she said wasn’t covered by insurance BUT once she looked it up turns out it was and only cost $4! I will be changing pharmacy asap. I’ve serval bad experience with moody people there .

-5 star in my book! Worst pharmacy EVER!!!! Our insurnace requires us to use them us the only reason we continued after month 1. They never have new prescriptions ready within 2 days, magically never receive updated scripts for 90 day refills that our insurnace requires there for wanting you to pay cash for old 30 day prescriptions, expect you to do the leg work in finding a cvs in town that has your medications if they do not and transferring that rx to that location yourself. After 6 months of not having one good experience or encounter, I am calling our insurnace company. With a provider as big as BCBS, you should be able to go to a more efficient pharmacy for quality service. The requirement does reflect poorly on BCBS as well because they are endorsing them with the requirement.

This store sucks. They been telling my wife for a week that her order was in process come back inan hour. How they her they never had it.
