I’m so glad my daughter was accepted here. Through them I was able to go to Radiology school and graduate. They were always so sweet to my daughter, I knew she was in great and safe care there so i could focus on my degree.

My child attended this head start a few years back and absolutely the worst experience I ever had with a daycare they definitely put a hold on my life as a person I was a minor at the time and the school had me arrested from the school and stated my child was being abused and that she had bruises all over her back the cops forcedfully took me out the building in front of my child no one called my parents no one new were I or my child were for a day and a hafe My child was tooken from me all because a teacher was not educated on black people a whole year went by before I got my child back just for the case to be ruled out due to these alleged bruises only being Mongolian spots something that's common in mixed children I would never recommend they make it seem like a safe haven for single moms but I never had that for me and my child.

My son absolutely loves this school and his teacher. I'm so thankful they were able to take him in when they did. I can't wait to see the growth child brings home everyday. This school is truly a blessing.

When I started working here the people where nice and friendly, But I have only been here three weeks and believe me the friendliness has definitely changed And now they walk down the hall like they look through u I truely hate my first class room the teachers are lazy and I have to do all the work with no help And if. U voice your concern to Management They're going to pretend like they're listening But they're going to take the other people said and try to retrain u in a timely manner faster like u are a robot and some of the teachers are so rude. When u go pick up kids from there class room ,I honestly don't feel appreciated in this school I have been here three weeks and I've already wanted to quit three time. It's definitely not like I thought it would be and not worth the stress,I should have stayed in health care because all I do is clean the hold class room with no help,I clean so much I hurt my hand. it was so bad had to go to the doctor today now I wear a cast on my hand,I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here they put u in class room u didn't apply for, I'm a cafeteria monitor why am I cleaning baby's butts that has nothing to do with food,Put me back with the toddler's and save my poor back and sore leg from picking up heavy baby's,Put us in class room s with helpful teachers not lazy one's,and if u see someone crying ask them what's going on don't ignore them are there needs.Do better management for your cafeteria monitors we deserve better treatment thanks.

I went to elementary school here from 1986 till 1990. Crockett Crocodiles.. Back then it was a pretty cool school and a totally safe neighborhood. My mother also went to school here back in the early 50s. One of our family homes was right around area and i have great memories of that school and the whole area there around Catclaw Creek. Im so glad to see its being used as a school again as it was not being used for quite a few years there. This school is a historic piece of old Abilene and in my opinion should remain a part of the local memory for as long as possible.
