After sitting and watching several people that arrived after me already leaving and my car is still sitting where I pulled it in. I ask why my car hasn't been serviced yet ( only a flat repair on a tire I originally purchased from them) they said it would be done at 4 which was 30 min ago now. My ticket accidentally got "overlooked" is what I'm being told. Not sure if they're just disorganized or what but from now on I'll only be going to the location on South first, hopefully they are being managed better than this location. Definitely not impressed with this location to say the least.

Ross is the realest. Had the pleasure of being helped by him multiple times. All the guys here are so hospitable and happy to help. Very knowledgeable.

Have dealt with discount tire before and forgot how much I liked them! I'm so done with Walmart! Will continue to come here for service. Very pleased with the service, the speed of the service and the "associates."

I’ve never had a bad experience at Discount Tire but especially at this location! Cruze, Kain, Jon, all the guys are great! I ordered online because the tires I wanted weren’t in stock but shipping to the store was super fast plus they usually have about the best prices you’ll find anywhere! We’ve also had plenty of tires repaired there (always for free??) and they always come out perfectly! We were buying 4 new tires so they checked the alignment (for free) and made a little correction (not free)! They’re always easy to work with and they always do great work!

Have to wait 3 hours to get anything. Tell you 3 hr for flat repair and the guy next to you gets told a hour for some tires.

I started this journey finding out that my car needed new tires, it was definitely time. I have an infant and work full time, so it's not convenient for me to have to get my tires replaced. I called ahead after trying to buy the tires online to see if they would be able to fit me in the day I came due to needing to travel out of town the next day. They said they would be able to fit me in no problem. I got there around 4:45 and waited maybe five minutes before being helped by an associate. The staff is very aware of their surroundings and the order that customers come in, which I was appreciative of. There had been some sort of issue trying to check out online when I had tried to buy them but it had reserved the tires I had tried to purchase. They gave a time frame of before 7:30pm, and our vehicle was done by 6:30pm. 1 1/2 hours for a walk in isn't bad at all in my opinion. The employees were all friendly and I will be shopping here again! Hopefully not too soon, haha.

Stopped in this morning with my daughters car. Tire pressure was showing from 26 to 40 psi between all 4 tires. Cody was kind enough to check the pressure, not once but again when I returned. He determined that the tire pressure on the rim wasn’t reading correctly and called Ab over to look at and he was able to fix. Feeling better knowing that I’m getting the correct readings now. Thanks again to Cody and Ab.

They were wonderful! They were super patient and answered all of my questions. They made sure I understood what I was getting. They even put up with my 1.5yr old running around while we waited. 10 outta 10 totally recommend!

This place is awesome. Anytime I need a repair they get me in and out. Typically I’m not a fan of chain automotive services, but these guys are an exception for sure!

Didn't like the 2 hour wait, but was glad they were able to fit me in that day. Employees were very good at making sure I know where I was in line and were friendly. I'm sure I will see them again at some point
