Donna Shipp colors and cuts my hair all of the time and does an amazing job! She has the biggest heart and loves everyone! She is such a blessing! The entire group that work at Dolce Salon are friendly, hard working women that want everyone to feel beautiful inside and out! I highly recommend this Salon to anyone!
