I am very disappointed and not happy with this store location. Being the only store we have in this area open till 10 pm.. went at 9 45 pm and the store was and doors were closed. The gentleman stated he was acting manager and they were closed but was rude about it. So disappointed.

Worst store ever !!! Lines are long all the time !!!!! They have plenty of employees but nobody helps with checkout !!! Go somewhere else the whole point of stopping at a dollar general is to save time!!! This place will waste your time !!!!

Came in the store there was a line out the door there was a lady stocking and did not help her with the outher buy opening a another register ask to see manger was told not in today I had to show my ID for a pg rated show I'm 60 years old and when I said no. she told me well your not getting the movie never have I been id for a pg movie but that's what I expect from a dollar store the employees need better training on service.

I love this store! It's always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful! I use a walker and it's easy for me to go down the aisle and shop.

Quality of service has gone down drastically in the last week or 2. Not a fan of going to my local store, that I visit multiple times a day, and being convinced more of the staff is on drugs than not.. new regional manager shouldn't be a manager if they're responsible for getting rid of the lady that used to run this store so well. I doubt I'll come back anymore

Ellie Mae does not sell dollar generals propane, she always has a key issue…Ellie Mae can’t figure out the impossible lock…ever!!! Ellie Mae can’t seem to fill out a sign on the propane explaining it. She instead likes making a customer wait for the 20 minutes in line to find out. HIRE competent people that can use simple products like a key. FML

This store appeared to be newer. The setup was different than most other dollar generals. They were going through inventory so it was a mess. Customer service was good.

Constantly having to tell the employees that prices ring up higher than whats advertised. They always blame the contractors but thats not my issue is it. Im sick of it. This place has gone downhill the past year.

Went here at about 8pm on September 1st. Encountered the most hateful, snarling, eye rolling cashier in the world. Doesn't want to be bothered to do her job. I live a couple of blocks from this store, but I'd charter a plane to shop in China before I come back to this store and deal with that.
