If your like me ,I was unsure at 65 about how I would fit into the CrossFit world.. decided to give them a call and discuss my situation… After speaking with trainers , I decided to give it a shot.. first class was free so what did I have to lose???? The trainers,( Aaron- Justin and Daniel ) are awesome and made me feel right at home in their sessions….. you work to your abilities, and choose the weights or bar or dumbbells you are comfortable with…. I’m starting at the bottom but learning a bit more every session… SO …. Like me , give it a shot , what do you have to lose ?????

Elevate Performance and Fitness is the best experience I have had at a crossfit gym. I have been recovering from a nerve injury to my right leg and needed to get back into shape. Each instructor was knowledgeable about rehabilitation. They meet you at whatever fitness level you are at, currently. They safely modify movements and exercises while challenging you at the same time.I gained more confidence in my body and mind, better mobility , strength and endurance with weight lifting, crushed my personal goals and hit a few milstones that I thought were impossible, like running, and dancing again for the first time after my injury. If you are thinking about joining a crossfit gym, join Elevate Performance and Fitness! They have a clean facility, good variety of equipment, and a warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Love the environment, the owners and staff are here to lead you and guide you, they take their time to work with you in every area that you need help with. Give it a try you have nothing to lose, except weigh and weakness. Highly recommended.

I've been with Elevate for 2 months now, and I can genuinely say it has been the best gym experience I have ever had. I am brand new to CrossFit, and not ONCE has any other gym member or coach made me feel lesser than for not knowing what the heck I'm doing. The community and atmosphere this box harvests is so welcoming, supportive, and motivating. Everyone pushes you to be the best version of yourself, takes the time to explain movements to ensure you're not at risk of hurting yourself due to bad form, and when you step in to the gym for a class (or even during open gym hours) you don't feel like you're working out with strangers, you feel like you're among friends/family.I 100% recommend Elevate to anyone who is seeking not only higher fitness levels, but a sense of community and belonging (something I was in desperate need of!)

If you’re looking for a private workout with coaching and encouragement, join us at 5 am! I highly recommend Elevate. It’s been the best! Members are so nice and help encourage too! The workers are accountable to show up when scheduled and help keep me on my goal path. I love the app too!

The program I did was one I’ll never forget and I’m staying on with them. Im stronger than I was in high school at this point, my confidence level is up, and the biggest for me is I’ve been off of my antidepressant for over a month-doing fantastic! I had zero self discipline and it’s not 100% but it’s taught me a lot about what it takes to make positive changes and it’s only up to me to make the dedication and commitment. Love the coaches and everyone I’ve met! Highly recommend investing in yourself!

I just finished the 12 week challenge and I have never felt so strong or confident. Never in my life would I have imagined that I would be doing CrossFit AND loving it!From the moment I walked through the doors I felt welcomed by this awesome community. From the coaching staff to the members, everyone is so encouraging.No matter your fitness level Elevate is for you if you are committed to putting in the work and being healthy and strong.What I love most is I don’t have to think about what I’m doing for the day, I walk in and the workout is there, no thinking on my part, and there are very encouraging and knowledgeable coaches every step of the way to modify movements for you, or push you just that little bit harder.Elevate has truly become one of the best parts of my day, And I am excited toContinue my health journey with them and see my progress a year from now!

Elevate's 12-week program is life-changing! Right from the start, I was set up with a plan and given the tools that set me up for success. The trainers are experienced and knowledgeable about what they're doing. Elevate has a great community and is full of friendly smiles. I now completed the program and will continue with my journey with Elevate! If you are on the fence or looking for a great CrossFit community, I recommend you try Elevate. I took part of there 12 week program, it was amazing. I got put on the path to getting the results I want and had great results while I was in the program. I have since joined there community. I say community because that is what it is, as soon as you walk in every one welcomes you. The couches and members are all great, they are always encouraging you. I would completely recommend them to everyone, it dose not matter if you are just starting in a fitness journey or looking to take it further the couches here are with you the whole way to help and encourage you!!!!

Elevate changed my whole perspective on working out….for the better!!! Never the same workouts and different movements every day. The trainers are experienced and knowledgeable on what they’re doing. Elevate has an awesome community, met a lot of wonderful people!!! Been there at Elevate going on 4 months and notice results real quick….. I would recommend Elevate CrossFit to anyone!!!

I can’t recommend Elevate enough if you’re looking for a CrossFit gym in Abilene. The coaches and community are top-notch. I appreciate the coaches’ knowledge and care they show their members ensuring both quality movements and general well-being. I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a well rounded fitness regimen as well as great community support system!

My co-worker is passionate about crossfit! She invited me & a couple of the other girls to attend. I decided, "why not?" I'm not going to lie, I was a little intimidated when I pulled up to the gym. I'm not the fittest of people.Truly, all that went away as soon as I walked in. Everyone was friendly & introduced themselves. There were folks of all fitness levels & I didn'tfeel uncomfortable. As I drove into the workout (using modifications) folks cheered me on & told me what a good job I was doing! Man, that pumped me up!So, I definitely give them two thumbs up & look forward to attending again!
