I was referred to Ellis Automotive by a family member who had been going there for years. I brought my Ford Edge in with only a one day notice and dropped it off. They were able to confirm that there was not an issue with what I originally thought that there might be. They inspected my car per my request and fixed one minor issue. I was very impressed with Russell's professionalism and service. Ellis Automotive will definitely be my go-to for my auto repairs.

There customer's service skills can use some work otherwise they are good. I used them the first time when I was living out of my vehicle and the dealership was not fixing my car so I I had them work on it and they fixed my issue. Then I sent them another car to fix and they did

Earlier today, I went to inquire about a brake service. I proceed to show the employee a quote I had received from another company so he can see what I needed. I understand that a inspection needs to be made however, when I asked for prices for the services I was told that he needed to call around to see what it would be after the inspection. That’s the first that I ever heard of someone needing to call around to get a list of prices for services when it should be already be available to a potential customer. I perceived it as maybe he didn’t want to help. I just said thank you and left. I will definitely not return.
