Insurance was to cover date . It’s unclear who dropped ball. However , I was told two different dates on turning a vehicle in. One date by Statefarm and one by Enterprise When I got vehicle I had to have it serviced myself . Engine light came on briefly within one day of using car. Agency acted as though it was ok to let me use my time to service car

The customer service is amazing. Although we had to wait for our rental, they made sure it was clean and gassed up. Very friendly staff.

Great place to lease a vehicle! They were fantastic at taking care of getting what I needed and detailed with explaining anything needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing to lease a vehicle. Picture of the vehicle I leased. Very nice ride.

This particular location is always crazy busy when I come to pick up a car, but they are SUPER helpful, kind and courteous. The cars are very well taken care of and are very clean inside and out. Thank you Ryan and Clay (I think I remembered your names correctly) for making my car rentals painless!

Everyone there has always been very good to me! Kind, courteous, happy, and always smiling. I can even joke with them and they joke back! Just an all around great atmosphere! The cars are also well maintained and clean when you pick them up. If you need anything special all you have to do is ask and if it's in their power to make it happen they will. Even if it's not they will go out of their way to try and make something work for you! Only place I will rent from here and I've tried all the rental agencies. Not because I wanted to but was forced to due to Enterprise not having anything available. I also will not ding them for that. Just because they are phenomenal and people like to use them instead of others. It's not their fault! I mean they have a good selection and don't tend to run out of rentals. So there's that...

Never trust the assistance through the phone. They lied to us about cars being available.The service at the office is excellent. I just wish the people at the phone were honest.Until this changes, I do not suggest people should do business with Enterprise

No cars are available, and the manager lacks empathy. This is after a pleasant experience with him in December.

These guys were awesome! Came and picked me up! Awesome customer service. These guys are the best. If you need a rental car, these guys are definitely the ones to go to! Long term, short term, they got you! Never have I had such a great customer service experience with a rental company. I seriously have no complaints. Will definitely use them in the future!

2nd time in a year to rent from this place with a month advance. I arrive just to be told, “we have no vehicles for you” after a reservation was made…how does that happen! I’m so aggravated about this place and what are the chances of this happening twice in a row?
