Tried to return a Nintendo Switch game that my friend bought 2 days ago then gifted to me and was told that I would have to pay a $7.99 “rental” fee for a game I didn’t even use. All the while the employee I talked to was extremely annoyed at just talking to me. Was then told if I wanted to, they could buy my $60 game back for $15 dollars. Their games have no plastic wrap, are definitely previously used, and sold for full price as a “new” item. Please don’t buy from here, the owner is a scammer that knows what he’s doing and if you really wanted subpar used items you could probably find a better deal at a garage sale. Also, Rick’s Collectibles next door is the superior store, give them your business.

They rewrap their inventory in plastic, and the Blu-ray that I bought did not contain the Blu-ray disc. I would not recommend buying from these scammers.In response to the store owner's reply:I do not expect Google to fix the problem. I am merely offering a warning to other customers. I was not offered a receipt; it would cost me more in gas money to return to the store than the Blu-ray is worth. Don't complain to me about thieves; that is irrelevant. A thin layer of plastic is not going to stop someone from taking your DVD.

Gone in multiple times to sale and trade my stuff, always a great experience. My boys love going in and spending their allowance on a new game for our family's Xbox. 10/10

I bring my daughter and grandson often because we've always received great customer service the owner ,manager seems very kind , knowledgeable about his merchandise and attentive to his customers. But unfortunately we came in yesterday February 25th and the8 immature boy with red sprayed on hair decided to abuse his power as an employee and treat me and my grandson with disrespect. We stood at plastic gun and knife counter for a while ,clearly he and the girl employee sitting at front counter with their backs to us decided they didn't want to serve their customers or respect their bosses place of business this day. When he finally turned to look my way he got up and I asked to see some wooden swords and plastic guns in cabinet . He slowly turned and picked up the swords and before handing to me he showed a face of resistance to hand sword to my grandson 12 "who is very intelligent and a foot taller than me",the sword ,we looked we returned and then asked to see 2 plastic guns ,the immature boy with red sprayed paint in hair begrudgingly said I need to show him I.d. first ! I said really weve never had to do that before he said he has to ask so i said ok . So With His shergrin smirk I pulled out my conceal carry license to witch he giggled and handed me plastic gun ,and continued to be annoyed to show us these toys . So we handed them over and we said thank you and turned to leave store . I told my grandson we'd return when manager present. So long story ,short they lost a few sales . So this is so the manager can address his childish employees attitude and disrespect toward good paying customers . Sincerely disappointed.update manager is dishonest . Caught him Lying . Never returning .

DO not Sell here. It’s a rip off because why you ask they offer me 2 dollars in store credit or 1.50 cash for some stuff that valuable cds ps2 and other stuff. Please don’t go here if you do that That then say goodbye to your stuff that is valuable. And also the bathroom is the backroom and everything is overpriced. Ps fix the backrooms bathroom thank you.
