Does an excellent job and has followed my directions every time. Have been using this seamstress for several years for personal clothing and work uniforms. She is very fast and reasonably priced.

I went in here a few a month ago, hoping to get some slits on some.dresses I brought in. She humiliated me by pinning the slit on one dress and had me me walk around to show me it would not work. Poor customer service and she really puts down special needs customers.

I walked in holding my sons martial arts uniform needing 3 patches installed. As soon as I closed the door, the older gentleman sitting in the plastic lawn chair staring out the window day dreaming of the past, looked up at me and said, "she don't have time for that."I did not even get the chance to explain that I needed patches installed. The sign out front says, "We can do all kinds of alterations." This is clearly false, they can't even take the time to say, "how can I help you."

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! She fitted a dress and three pairs of slacks for me and then gave the price which was fine. However, I could only afford to start with one piece. She immediately ripped out the pins and told me to go elsewhere because she was too busy. Terrible customer service; and not a way to build a client base.
