I visited Factory Connection this afternoon- a little after noon. I bought a grey long sleeve shirt that I am super happy about but that’s not why I am leaving this review. The girl working the store, this afternoon, was the kindest, most uplifting retail worker I’ve ever seen. She greeted me upon arrival, checked on me, helped me with my dressing room and was extremely polite at checkout. She was so kind and I left feeling happy to have encountered her! What a great asset to your team!

Really like this place. Decent selection and plus sizes available. Great prices. Seasonal clothing, lingerie, shoes bags, decor, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fitting room available.

I’m surprised to see all of the negative reviews that say the staff is rude. I have been here numerous times and I have never encountered a rude employee!! I love Factory connection. I always find something I “need” when I stop by.

You don’t want to shop here. Staff was VERY rude, confrontational, and discriminated against my rights. Very unprofessional and I will NEVER shop here again! Keep driving when you pass by this place.
