Delivery driver is deliberately not delivering our packages when I have them on camera stopping and then leaving. Worst shipping service. Use USPS if possible.

This is a ship center but don't expect them to give you any boxes or packaging to help you out. If they do, it's limited. Some staff are great, some staff won't even really greet you.

Driver left sensitive package at wrong address. Took a full day fighting with overseas customer service and still no updates after 27 hours of initial claim.All the driver had to do was retreive my package that he mis-delivered to the wrong address and bring to me. Only answers are run around statements and every time ii call they magically get an immediate update but still no straight answers to where my package is.

They apparently don't accept ground shipments here even though their website prompts you to select this location to drop off packages. I was sent to the other side of the city to an unmarked Fedex location instead

We had a harness shipped in and for some reason it didn't get delivered even though we were here all day. Finally tracked it down and then getting to the location is a little tricky. The staff was friendly and retrieved our package quickly for us. Sometimes things happen.

This Fedex location is the worst in the area. It's a shipment site for Big Spring deliveries. Four times I have needed to sign for a package and it's reported that no one was home. Yet I have my daughter waiting in the driveway. I try to get help with the situation and I get no where. Twice it was Thousand dollars of medications. Yet if it is delivered from Lubbock or Midland I don't have any problems receiving my packages. They don't seem to care.

I received 4 boxes today. Which i understand were heavy boxes however im glad it wasn’t raining today as instead of walking 6 more feet to my front porch that’s covered my boxes were left propped up against my garage covering my house number. This is beyond unacceptable. My boxes could have been easily stolen or rained on.

We have a note asking nicely not to leave packages outside our business to help keep theft down but they leave our packages under the note. we also can't get our packages picked up when we schedule it. we called customer service but I don't expect anything to change.
