I was so lost about sending back 2 huge boxes to where it needed to go. It wasn't showing the labels when i pulled the email up on my phone. The lady that was helping me was super helpful. She just had me send the email to her email and then we were able to print the labels. Then a gentleman helped me get the huge boxes out of my car. They were so super nice there too. Will definitely go back to this fed ex if I ever need to ship anything.

Tried on three different times ... Understaffed and the lone worker doesn't go in line. After waiting more than five minutes each time she takes someone that just walked in "since they are just dropping a package off" ... which is all I and the three people in front of me in line were trying to do.
I paid for UPS to deliver my return. They made shipping quick, convenient, and said thank you!
FedEx drivers do not leave packages where requested ... so like the store staff have shown they do not care or understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
A short drive down the street will get considerable better service and a nice UPS smile ...and it won't ruin your day.
Ship anything to me by FedEx and I'll refuse it. The great teamwork of a few people have convinced me, my family, and my co workers that good days do not include FedEx substandatd service.

Went in here shortly before closing. Hopefully management of the store reads this and gives this guy a promotion or a raise. Very very friendly and very very helpful. I was in and out in no time whatsoever. Thx a lot to the guy who helped me out!!!!!!
