FedEx Ground

FedEx
Hours: FedEx Ground is a location that is not open to the public. Despite this, the staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond for customers. One employee personally contacted a customer with a time-sensitive package that required a signature, ensuring it could be picked up after the package was returned. Another instance involved helping a customer recover a package delivered to an old address after a move, with the team and driver offering fantastic assistance and kindness. The staff is recognized for their care, initiative, and willingness to help in difficult situations, making a real difference for customers in need.
