Took my car in for the air conditioning system to be repaired an hour later the ac system blew and left refrigerant oil dripping all over the pavement... the sad part is that my son has cancer and can not handle the heat by doctors orders... they were not willing to even provide a rental car, so I am stranded with no way to get back home 45 miles away.

Initial reception was exceptional...everyone that I had contact with in the store was very courteous...was impressed at the immediate service I received, the speedy completion of the job and the price was very reasonable....inasmuch as I was just a stranger traveling thru Abilene and someone they would probably never see again they treated ne as if I was a regular customer...in short they run a store anyone should be happy to visit...I certainly was satisified.

We were very impressed with the manager, Russell, and Cecil, sales team, who had everything ready for our arrival after being stranded in Sweetwater with our third flat tire since we left CA to travel home to Fort Worth!!! After Triple A put our spare on Firestone accommodated us with two new tires! And, military discount!
Y’all are the best and if we are in need of your services again when in your area, we will definitely be in to see y’all!

Let me tell you all something at Firestone they always take care of me and they always make me feel welcome they did a fast job when I needed to get an alignment on my truck and car and now they both drive smooth like silk lol and the one guy that takes care of me the one guy that I can count on is Cecil Dela Rosa so when you head over to Firestone make sure you see my dude Cecil Dela Rosa.

I was very pleased and impressed with Cecil Delarosa and staff at Firestone on S. Pioneer Dr. They were very knowledgeable of their products and and gave me different options for tires I needed. They also took the time to explain to me the warranty. Their service is very commendable. I recommend them and will for sure be a repeat costumer..
