Went and got my refund for horrible service and saw the store manager posted this on my account. I don't see how a store manager thinks it's ok to talk and treat people this way. Second half of this posting is 1. I wasn't upset that I had to pay for a new tire due to alignment damage not being under warranty. I was upset for the reason I went in and dropped the tire off, asked what do I owe and if I could pay then and there and was told I didn't owe anything and will be taken care of. When going to pick up, there all of a sudden was a charge. 2. The being called a liar and unethical is true after the matter of fact the store manager was trying to say he told me there would be a charge but would give me a $50 discount and when I said no, you never told me that and his response was "well I thought I did." 3. His overall reply to the entire conversation was " well how about I just give you your money back and you just don't come back!" RUDELY. Mind you I've been a customer here for years and spend money all the time here for multiple vehicles and a STORE MANAGER for 31 years thinks this is the right way to treat a loyal customer. The issue escalated when I asked why I wasn't able to pay for the tire when I dropped it off in the first place and he didn't have an answer to my question therefore the issue escalated to more instead of just an apology for the miscommunication. If your ever in the waiting area you can experience how he talks to people for yourself and his "customer service" he supposably has because I know I'm not the only one he has talked to like this. Sounds like someone needs to retire already..

Wow, I have never had a better experience at an auto care location. My car unexpectedly broke down during my 9 hour road trip and these gentlemen were able to take great care of me and my car. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this location despite the circumstances. They are all kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.

I took my vehicle in for a break replacement. When the gentleman called to confirm that’s what it was, he tried to up sell me on rotors, and about 6 other things. As I declined those I asked if I could just have the break’s replaced with out have the rotors done. His reply was yes but don’t recommend it. So I asked if I could come see them to make a decision he said yes. When I got there the mechanic told he wasn’t going to do what I asked. He was going to turn the rioters and if I did replace them I could go some where else. Really felt bullied at that point to buy something that I really didn’t need but going somewhere else would have damaged the car even further and the work would have to be done

Revisit after a brake repair. A warning light came on, went in to have it looked at and the Tech, Caleb Kitchen got me in ASAP and found the issue. Repaired it under warranty and had me out within an hour.

These people are crooks and trash. They charged me a lot of money and did not even fix my car. When I went to pick it up. I drove around the corner and the car broke down. I took it back five times and it still was not fixed. They said they could fix my car. After taking the car back to them a fifth time they recommend I take it to the dealer. That they did not have the right tools to fix the car. He should have told me that in the beginning. Before I paid a substantial amount of money. They did not work on my car at all they just collected the money. He damaged my car because he was mad at me because I kept bringing the car back. Save your money.They stole,lied and cheated a single parent with one car. Then they went around town and laughed about it! Don't deal with them! They are desperate for money! Don't do business with them! They even put a tracker on my car so that they can track my where abouts without my permission! I own my car out right! They have been stalking and harassing me! This is also illegal!

bought some yokohama bluearth tires from this location around a year ago. have only put 30-35k miles on them since. one went flat yesterday. inside walls were shredded.shop that replace them told me the tires were five years old when this location mounted them. manufactured in 2017.they were on clearance when i bought them. decent deal for the model but still... five years old?

I tell you what, I have NEVER received better service when it comes to auto repair than I have received from Jim and his team at Firestone. I had 2 vehicles go down due to getting bad gas from a gas station, and he worked with me throughout this whole ordeal. From tires to repair services, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't choose Firestone on South Clack in Abilene!

I took my car to this place also never again BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE no return calls when they say and they definitely don't put their customer first had my car for 2 days finally return my call and then the guy was off the next day and didn't tell us and no one else to work on my car I guess I have nothing better to do but to wait on them(not) & as much money as they were charging so took it somewhere else(NO STAR)

Very precise in estimates, and time frame. I'll go again for future needs. Today I had to drop off my spare to get fixed, and I asked them to clean the rim and repair. NP and No charge. Love this place.

Amazing service! They were able to help me with a flat on a rental car. They were short staffed. They made sure I was able to get it done today. I have to be in DFW tomorrow for an appointment.

A couple week$ ago, I bought a truck that pulled significantly, $o I took it to Fire$tone for an alignment. Come to find out we had to replace $hock$, upper & lower ball joint$ etc. Fixed all that, and wa$ told the pull wa$ fixed. Went to pick it up, pull wa$ not fixed. Upon que$tioning, wa$ told it wa$ bad brake$, $o we fixed that, and wa$ a$$ured the pull wa$ fixed, again. Upon pick up, discovered it wa$ not, $o I ju$t called it quit$. Thing i$, I went there with a problem, wa$ told it wa$ A, B, and C, and had it repaired, wa$ told problem was fixed, and it wa$n't. $o, I left in debt, and with the $ame problem I originally went there with.Thankful. But regret coming here

Needs improvement. As a former automotive manager, you should say YES to sales. Also, get your techs to fill out the inspection sheet. Some of us don't have time to look at our vehicles and depend on professionals to inspect them accurately. Waste of time.
