Worst online banking ever. The servers reset your password every 60 days and fails to retain it then the mobile app constantly asks for a 1 time pin number claiming you already have an active one but how is that possible when they expire after three days? I've had constant card issues and they refuse to fix it.

Excellent service and friendly. One of teller took time to help me set up my App account after getting a new phone. I had been trying to add Pine AFCU and they were rude and didn't care to help.AFCU Catclaw has great service and I will be dealing with them for now on.

I have been doing my banking at First Abilene Federal CU for many a year now. I have been very satisfied with the way that they have interacted with me and taken care of my needs.In particular I want to mention a gentleman by the name of Chase. On more than one occasion this guy has gone out of his way, in a big way, to resolve an issue that I had. At one point he caught and brought to my attention an error that I had made. His efforts on my behalf were greatly to my advantage. Most recently he took the time, patiently, to educate me on how to use an App that was confusing to me. He did that all through the drive through interaction. He is a great PR guy.Thank you FAFCU, and thank you Chase

When I signed up I had a great experience and staff was friendly . However whenever I go in now I feel that staff is not friendly. Unhappy to help me with simple problems like getting my routing number or help with the mobile banking. Disappointed in how the tellers treat their customers !!

Horrible drive thru experienceI was the only one in the drive , they never acknowledged me , waited on me . A truck drove up they spoke befor he could stop good , took care of him immediatelyThen another car drove they did the same thing.At that point I pushed the button an stated my issue with their service.I had drive way cross town because the other location had Been robbed.So wasn’t feeling them anyway an to get treated like that *****How do you apologize, when you are being tackyOn purpose.You make banking look bad!!Ksl

I went to deposit some of my check which theve done not sure how many times before the would not deposit it because it has my 2 last names on it just because I colored my hair really??I was so mad had to go to walmart cashed check no problem then came back and deposit money??? Very disappointed!!!!

I have been trying to tell this credit union that my card was expired. They said they didn't mail out new ones until the end of the month, but I could come in for five dollars and get a new one. So I waited a few weeks. Then it started being declined online--fine--I can deal with that. I call again yesterday, and the woman on the other end of the line said she validated my card for another month--gee, thanks. So I go to the grocery store today, this time to buy meat, and my card was declined at the checkout line. So I drive across town and get accused of yelling at them and being abusive. Well, I tried nicely twice and I still have groceries waiting at the checkout line. SO then the women in the office all gang up and make EVERYTHING about me...a bunch of women standing around a seated man claiming they are abused! No attempt to make amends, no card validation, just wasting time arguing with me. At long last, I have a new card after I sat there and listened to them tell me that everyone has financial problems, blah blah blah. Now I have to deal with online bills because they couldn't give me the same number. I don't need the uneducated excuse of "It's not my fault, and it's all about me and my feelings." DO YOUR JOB and you won't have unhappy account holders!
