Very unfriendly and unhelpful. There's a very racist vibe from the older women here according to several people I've talked to, reviews of the location and my wife. Make up random security questions I never set in order to not help me and refuse to help me correct the issue, though they know the other location can help me over the phone because, "they know me there". All and all, they need to do something about this location. The people at both other locations are amazing, helpful and warm. The people here will talk over and down to you, put it off on another location to help youor just sneer and ignore you.

I went to the branch on S 1st today at noon so I could open a savings account for my son. The elderly lady behind the counter asked if she could help and I advised her of my need. She went to look at one of the back offices and returned to tell me that the lady who could help me was with a customer. She asked me to have a seat and that the lady would be with me once done with her customer. I sat and waited and at 12:48 another customer came through the front door looked around walked back to the same lady I was waiting for and got immediate service.I've had my account at this bank well over 10 years and never had to come in the building. I have to wonder if the service at this branch is race driven. The other customer was caucasian and I'm a minority with visible and obvious tattoos. Initially when I walked in the two ladies at the counter side eyed me like I didn't belong there or they may have automatically assumed I was broke and unemployed. This was by far not the type of service I expect to get. I stood up and walked out of the bank. The elderly lady at the counter saw me and said nothing. She noticed that I saw the other customer walk in and just walk back and get immediate service. I guess you have to be a certain race and dress like you have money when you walk into this branch. I will not be coming back and I will be looking at the other two financial institutions i bank with to transfer my business to. I would not suggest this bank to anyone and especially not minorities.

How is it that the bank closes at 6pm and by cell phone time I show up to the drive thru and the bank is a ghost town at 601pm. I guess the people working there are just super fast at leaving, when at 601pm there are not even any cars in the parking lots but they don't close until 6pm.

Love the bank and the people are amazing. But this is a warning to anyone who uses the app. Their code or whatever it's called cannot keep up even though it says it's instant it is not I got charged a 30$ overdraft fee even though the app Said the money was in my account its the second time this has happened their slow app has cost me 60$?.Do not trust their mobile application. Bank itself though is good I recommend it.

I just got off the phone after requesting to over-draw my account and the officer over my account didn't have the courtesy to take my call to decline my request. I'll be closing this account as soon as the weather clears up.

The employees work so hard to find answers for any question you present them with. And if they don’t have the answer off the top of their head they make sure they find the answer and they DO call you back. Excellent customer service during these times of rare customer service. I thank you.

Very rude people if you don't have an account they treat you very rude. For years now I have trouble cashing checks from this place. I tried going to different locations but they act the same at every location. And they charge me $20 just to cash a check

Bitcoin is valuable and no one will give you for free.
