Debbie at the bank on EN10st is horrible. She is always in a terrible mood, will not let you cash checks without putting part of it in your account even if you have a plentiful balance (AT YOUR OWN REQUEST) and carries an awful attitude. Just go to a different FFB location if you need to talk to a clerk.

I've had to come up here 5 times to reset my password because the online app won't accept it. Customer support over the phone has no idea why, and neither does the bank. They just expect you to come back each time and change it.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. We have banked here for years and years. They have always been professional, friendly, helpful and even give a treat to my dog when using the drive-through. I would recommend them to anybody.

What a great location to bank at! If you want to have the drive thru workers talk down to you and be disrespectful every visit! What a joke it’s like they get annoyed that you pulled to their lane and have to accept your money. I make deposits weekly and am always treated poorly at this location. Avoid if able.

Charges for paper statements. I move my investments to Edward Jones. Too many charges. They do invest in Fed Funds. Do I get some of this....No !Well pays for my paper chg???

ATM error resulted in money not being deposited or returned to me. Had to drive to another location to speak to someone who told me to file a report and they'd get back to me "sometime in the next 10 days". Not a secure place to put your money apparently.

I'm not happy. If I would've know I would have been charged 5 dollars to cash a check I would've done something else. I was thinking of opening an account there. Not anymore. If you charge 5 dollars to cash a check why not take it from the account that money is coming out of instead of the customer that is just trying to get their money.

this is a terrible bank that will charge you for anything and will scurry around the problem that they caused save your time and money and dont use this bank unless you want money to go missing and be charged for every little thing. dont trust these fools!!!

This is the second time that they have looked at me and discriminated against the way I look. First they disrespected me and accused me of illegally obtaining the cash I earned waiting tables. The representative continued to say that I never have deposited this much cash so it didn't make sense how I had it now, he called it policy. Now this time I'm in the drive through trying to deposit a check and they randomly make me come inside the bank just so I can verify how I was recieving my money. This has got to stop First Financial Bank not every minority sells dope. Some of us are hard working and deserve no disrespect from the companies holding our hard earned money. I don't get how in the world today you have such a hard time instilling proper morals in your employees! I will tell every single person I know about these experiences I have had at this bank so that they will not have to suffer the emmbarrasment of someone questioning their integrity.

I love First Financial! The people are always so nice and helpful, I use the motorbank too, it's great. Overdraft protection, free card replacement, and really good customer service. Plus, the new mobile app is AMAZING and I can do basically all my banking through it, any time of the day or night, including deposit checks!
