Got off my job at 12:30 today I work 2 blocks away from drive thru and took until 1:10 pm to get waited on. Just to do a deposit I have been a customer many years. My husband more than 40 years they need HELP.....

I believe she said Diana but easily could be wrong. Needs to be demoted. She is incapable of actually listened to a situation and just assumes and treats the person as if they are an invalid. They do not seem to know the policy’s across all staff and really need to learn to communicate as a team.

It’s been over a month since I stopped by in person to get changes made to my account and get a new debit card, 3 email conversations later and I still have not received a card. I would really like to have access to my own money, and will be using the H-E-B location from now on.

The customer service in the Drive-Thru was really good. There are a lot of lanes at this Bank, but don't let that fool you because this place can be super busy! I know the tellers inside are doing their best to get everyone through in a timely manner, but when it's a payday Friday at about 5:00, expect to wait quite a while in line. That is probably true with most banks during that time frame. One of the things I love about First financial Bank is they are open the latest out of any of the other banks in town.

I have banked with First Financial since 2015. Recently I was on medical leave from work. It takes awhile to get any short term funds during the medical leave , and I was in a bad financial situation. Renee at the Fourteenth and Willis location made me feel heard and understood during this time. Her and her manager did an amazing job that I don't think I would have found at ANY other bank. Used to be the bomb for a bank, lately it has become another giant without customer service. Been borrowing money and loans for years from other banks in Abilene but cannot touch one at ffin which i have had my account for years and years. ONe branch refused to cash a $100 check one time when i run thousands thru the bank in a month. Forget about above and beyond, loan officers are information takers only. Suggest a credit union or local bank for your money and business.

Although I currently reside in California and will do so for the next three years, I opened a FFIN account several years ago when I thought for certain I would be returning to my home state of Texas. I opened my checking account in Mineral Wells, Texas, and I will Yelp them separately, even though that branch has earned five stars from me as well. I have dealt primarily with Abilene and have been impressed with their mail deposit operations. One of their account reps even sends me deposit verification receipts with a personalized "Thank you" on the slip. I can assure you that no such courtesy exists here in the Golden State. I cannot wait to relocate to either Mineral Wells or Abilene.
