Me and my husband went in there today for a few things for my grandson got to the register the worker there says go to the register over there that's a selfpay has he seized the cash in our hand send us to a register that takes credit cards only scanned everything just to find out it wouldn't take her cash he was standing right there I said to him just this not take cash the answers no rather than help us he sends us to another register I was so disgusted I left everything on the counter and we walked out we will never go back in there again

Five Below in Abilene really impressed me during my visit! The store was very clean and well-organized, even up front near the drink coolers—which is usually one of the messier areas in most stores. Everything was fully stocked and neat, which made shopping way more enjoyable.
They had a great variety of items, and it was nice to see so much in stock. There were tons of options to choose from, whether you’re looking for tech accessories, snacks, home goods, or fun gifts.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away, which set a welcoming tone. Every employee in a blue shirt I passed took the time to ask if I needed help or if they could assist me in finding anything. That level of customer service really stood out and made the experience feel personal and pleasant.
Only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is just because there’s always room for a little more polish or improvement, but overall this location is doing a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be coming back!

as someone who’s worked in general retail for 8 years, i walked through this location today and was absolutely shocked at how dirty and unorganized the store was. nothing was where it was supposed to be just thrown on the ground scattered all over the shelves everywhere. extremely disappointed as to how unprofessional the store looked. especially with how many workers there were at the time, none of them were facing or cleaning up the product. it looked like an entire school bus of elementary kids ran through the store and nobody cleaned up after them. i thought maybe it was just one section but unfortunately it was the entire store. VERY disappointed since i love the company and the items they offer at such a great price.
