“I ordered flowers on line. I have never had an issue before, but this time I definitely did. I ordered a memory garden to be delivered before visitation. I specifically wanted this because it was one of my favorites from my husband's funeral. I arrived in town in time for visitation and looked for my contribution to all the beautiful flowers. It was not there. The funeral home even looked in other rooms. They finally received, or found, what was delivered. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I am adding to this since they contacted me this morning with a refund. I am still embarrassed this had my name on it, however I am updating the rating due to the refund.”
