Great experience with this company. No issues at all with getting a unit and keeping it for the 6 months we needed it. The lady in the office was really kind and explained things in a way that anyone could understand, me included. Making payments was super easy over the phone too. Good location. Also I will say, don't mistake this office location with the actual storage location. I did and was confused at first, but no problem.

I wish I could give this company six stars. They are extremely focused on connecting with their customer. They immediately communicate if something appears wrong with your unit, they send hand written thank you notes, and they even credited us money when we left our units before the month was up. They are a great example of how you do business and I wish them continued success.

The latch on my unit was broken and I didn't know until after office hours on Friday. I called and left an email, and they got back with me right away. They were able to send someone to fix it, and had their security company watch my unit on the cameras until he got there. This is a wonderful small business! Thanks y'all!!
