Recommend this storage unit, they were the same price as my current unit when I started renting for double the space. Very easy to setup and cancel online. They even let me cancel even though I was about a week outside of the 10 day policy.

Very nice and accommodating place, my wife and I just PCS’d to Dyess and the storage place is conveniently located just down the road, effortless to sign up for a unit, talked with one of the owners before renting and he couldn’t have been anymore helpful or nice. 100% recommend for any of your storage needs!

This was the perfect place to temporarily park a car for a couple of weeks. The whole process was simple and the customer service is top-notch. One phone call when I rented and when I failed to check out and noticed the bank draft, I left one voicemail and got a return phone call within a couple hours (I definitely called before their business hours).
Andrew was kind enough to issue a refund.
I am in customer service and this makes a world of difference.
I will recommend and use again !!!
