Salespeople are very rude The phones weren't working and he picked up and griped me out. They are very rude that should tell you that you probably won't get the best service.
I would look elsewhere.

I don't know what you're doing if you ain't going to Frontier Motors! I've been turned down multiple times...but Nate, he made sure that I went home with something I wanted and with the down payment I had. Process was super easy and they worked with me when other dealers wouldn't. I'm super grateful and I know my kiddos will be too! Armando and Nate thank you for working with this mama! You have no idea how much I needed this!🫶🏼

I inquired about a vehicle online and when a sales rep called I told him I would call back as I work overnights and am sleeping as it was early in the morning, the sales rep decided he was going to be a complete jerk and called back 4 more times with in an hour and half and also had another rep trying to contact me!! Never would I do business with a company who cant respect when I tell them I’m sleeping I work overnights and just continues to keep calling back!!! Horrible for business and made u loose a potential sale right off hand!!!

Got a car from there the salesman was rude and when I had questions about my vehicle he totally ignored my questions...... And to speak to the boss and guess they never give the messages to anyone either ... But the vehicle is nice!!! 👍

Just wanted to say the lady that sold me at clack street was amazing! So nice and easy to deal with top tier customer service I was unsure about buying from there because I have heard the guy that runs it up there is always mean and judging customers… Nate was awesome putting me in a 2020 Hyundai Elantra with only 1k down! If this is how clack st is from now on I’ll forget all the bad things I heard!! Ask for Shannon ! No one else!

Well I wanted to buy a car from them but they either didn't look up the vehicle value or just trying to rip people off. 2013 lexus es350 with 120k miles they're asking 25 grand for lmao 2018's with half the miles are selling for less. Car books at 14k retail. Go ahead look up the car folks and say im wrong. Do your homework before buying from these guys, they're robbing people blind. Negative stars

Horrible costumer service when you try to call them you just get put on hold for almost an hour or get hung up on. After almost 2 weeks of them having my car I went to Abilene to pick up the car from getting the transmission and head lights replaced after 3 days of buying the car from them and found it on a flat tire with 2 nails in the tire and the rim all messed up like they’ve been driving it around flat. All they said they would do is air it up so I could try to make it home and they said bring it back tomorrow and they would patch it for me but I live out of town so I couldn’t just come back the next day. I wasn’t even a mile down the road from them and the ABS and traction control light both came on and I also had a blow out on my way home. I don’t recommend buying anything from Frontier Motors in Abilene they are horrible. They tell you they’ll fix it for you but then charge you for it. The man who aired up the tire who works there even told us he didn’t know why we bought anything from there and he personally wouldn’t.

I love this company very understanding and Rachell was an amazing help truly an angel from god she helped us with everything I would definitely recommend this company to any first time car buyers or anyone.
