Worst place to buy a car they are not willing to work with you. And they hang up on you when your trying to talk to them. They over charge for title and registration fees aswell they wanted 1200 for registration and title fees when I already gave them a big down payment. Came and got the car without letting us know anything.

My wife and I put 2,500 down on a 2015 gmc Acadia and paid the tax title license, not even a month later the car starts messing up. So we get it checked and it’s the fuel pressure sensor, so we pay for that .. a week later it does it again and we’re told it’s the fuel pump, so then we pay for that, then It continues to mess up and we are told we have to bring it in however they won’t put us in another vehicle or help with a rental or nothing. So we go on vacation, it breaks down, pay for a rental, tow, get it back to Abilene and JESSIE told us there was nothing he could do cause the GM was out of town and he didn’t want to disturb him. So we go pay $700 MORE for a rental. They text me 4 days later and tell me it was the throttle and it is fix. Okay good to know. THEN it breaks down again and ONCE AGAIN IT IS THROWING A FUEL PUMP CODE. So we call and Jessie is treating my wife like she’s stupid, telling us to bring it in with the code paper I was given THEN they will know what to fix. And my wife explains that we can’t afford another rental and he just said “that’s all I can offer” absolutely livid!

Update: certified mechanic looked at it. It is in fact a recall malfunction and has now been transfered to the ford house. Frontier motors has yet to make it right.
Post post. I already tried. You're incredibly rude answer was that you'd charge me to fix it. Selling dangerous vehicles then charging to customers to fix them. I'd understand if this was 6 mo the or a year later but before the second payment is wild.
Post review. Do not even believe for a second their comment on these bad reviews actually gets resolved. Bc trust me, everyone has called their offices to get it fixed initially. Thats just their cop out to look like they were trying to make it right. I also highly suggest you don't use their mechanics. They will hit you with that interest rate and won't fix it!
Sold us a vehicle that had a power steering assist defect that had a recall for being dangerous. Not even 45 days later, the power steering assist has a fault and the vehicle can't be driven. They want us to pay for tow and repair without even attempting to make it right. I strongly think they were well aware of the issue and hide it with a quick reset. I have an 18 month old daughter that could have been in the car with me. Or been on the highway at 75mph and suddenly lost the ability to steer my vehicle. They have zero remote or honor to try to make it right. Just try to get more money out of us using the "loan" so they can also collect even more on interest.

Very nice and attentive sales team, but vehicles are very overpriced here. Yes used vehicles are are all overpriced right now but 3k over average value is disappointing. And that's after they already reduced 4k from list price.
