Bought a purple mattress in 2021 it is breaking down horribly. MATT, the store manager, denies that we purchased it from his store. States he cannot find invoice. I had another couple with me that bought a tall table and chairs set same day. How convenient that he can't find the invoice for something that has a 10 yr warranty and needs to be replaced.

They helped us immediately to replace our mattress. The employees were friendly and greeted us warmly. Was very pleased with their suggestions and how they knew the brand of mattress we liked .

Mike met us at the door. We knew what we wanted or pretty much. We came in for 3 beds(1-K, 1 Q and1 F) He saved us some money by selling us (1 K and 2 Q)

Denver mattress and specifically the doctors choice infirm came highly recommended to me. I came into the store and Mike P met me, listen to what I needed and sold it to me. He gave me information about the warranty and what it would be needed for it to be honored, and aligned me up with new pillows. I didn’t feel like there was any upsell involved in it. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes.
