They were great with my 6 year old son, who gets anxiety about hair cuts! They made him very comfortable and his hair cut came out cute even though he's sqirmy!

The great clips on S. 14th ALWAYS messes my youngest son's hair up. Today we got his haircut gave specific instructions go to tell the other lady what for my oldest son.. come back to my youngest sons hair completely botched and him in fucking tears! Like seriously if you don't know what you're doing then find another job! I will never come back here again!!! This was the final straw after countless attempts to let them get it right.

Absolutely horrible every time I go to Great clips I get messed up every time anyone of my friends goes to Great clips they offer a fade when they do said fade it looks like trash I will attach a picture at the bottom in my opinion this is the world's worst barber shop is not even deserve to be called a barber shop I think it should be destroyed and they should hire new barbers or hair stylist or whatever

I stopped by this morning for a haircut. It is 3-26-24. Once I made it home to see my hair I was not happy. It’s the worst haircut I’ve ever received. Nothing even. Completely bad. I have never gave any store for any company a bad review. This one was deserved. Regards.James Chittum.

I like getting my haircut here when I have an $8 coupon because I can afford to leave a tip. It’s a little pricey without a coupon—a normal men’s cut is up to $20 now. Wish they would send coupons in the mail.

I kept explaining to her what I wanted. And she never got it, the worst haircut I've ever had, and I'm 66 years old. I should have known better when the woman before me told her to stop cutting and got up and left

Haircut: 2/5 Management: 0/5 Ownership: 0/5 Went to this store solely for the decent priced haircuts with coupons given to me by management, which became no longer became accepted. This is a ownership decision as corporate confirmed. Ownership did not tell managerial staff to inform customers using this coupon that it's no longer accepted after 3+ years. Instead, Management told the employees to tell the customer that they're likely using fraudulent coupons. EMBARASSING! 6 weeks prior it has been accepted, and the stylists knew that. I told corporate to not tell management as they have access to personal info, which I'd rather avoid, never know what unethical people may do. Owner is strictly income focused, and does not honor any coupons offered via mail, email, in-person, nor tell their staff that they do not accept anymore. The Hair Stylists have been fine, and I appreciate their work. But if you ever have an issue worth discussing to management, expect no care and belittlement. Would rather support local salons or other franchises from now on.
