Read the woman’s review below, it couldn’t be further from the truth. Fasha is an award-winning stylist who has, literally, thousands of returning clients. Moreover, she’s the manager of this flagship location, who is seasoned and adept at mitigating the occasional concerns that arise from a high-volume salon cutting literally hundreds daily.
It’s just a shame that the most bitter, angry folks are the ones with the loudest megaphone. Julie Ann, from the fact you misspelled the word manner (not manor), and judging by how you and your husband behaved, it’s clear you’re not familiar with the concept. I’m sure you won’t be missed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my 4 year old daughter there and she got a hair chop by Fasha. I explained to her that my daughter has overwhelming sensitivity when it came to her hair thinking she would take her time, be gentle and understanding and she was the complete opposite of that. She was rude, disrespectful, repeatedly yelling at her and she quickly hacked her way through her head. If she hadn’t already started, I would have walked out. The haircut is awful, her manor was awful and the way she treated her client was disgusting. I would absolutely never return to this place and I would never recommend this place to anyone else. If you are considering stopping her to get yourself or your child a haircut, do not stop, pass by and go somewhere else.

I went to get my son his haircut done , RITA. Was the most impatient , unprofessional hairstylist i have ever came across. I will not return to her , BUT Thank you for Melissa for making my visit a lot better. Very nice lady , and got the Job done , so thank you for the wonderful haircut.

Melissa is absolutely amazing! She is my go-to for cuts for two+ years now! I have a Great Clips closer to my house on 351, but I always go back to the Barrow St location because the staff, environment, and atmosphere in the shop is so refreshing. Fasha always puts a smile on my face when I come in. Shout out to Channing too! She is the sweetest.

Fasha was great and cut my hair as describe. Noone else has been able to get it right.great cut Fasha. My grandsons hair was cut by Rita and she did a fabulous job with the kids cut.

Me and my husband had brought our twin 3 year olds and one was cut by Melissa she was amazing and patient the other was cut by Ali and was not patient at all i do not think she should be handling toddlers or even kids haircuts. We had to have Melissa fix his hair!
