Will never come back on the one by HEB. They did a horrible cut on my son even though I sent it a picture of what style should be done. When I brought my son to fix it, one of the lady was rude to me. But the other hairstylist who got to fix his hair was nice. However, we will never come back on that particular branch ever! Everyone is so nice! They do a good job. If we check in on the app, we rarely have to wait. I recommend doing that because they're often busy.

I did not receive a haircut at this location, instead I took my father who has Alzheimer's disease to this location to get his hair cut. Anyone who knows anything about this disease knows that the person suffering from it has many hesitations about doing the most basic of tasks, but it had been about four months since his last hair cut, so he was overdue.Enter Fasha. Fasha was the one who attended to my father and gave him his hair cut. I didn't mention his ailment to her at all, but she quickly recognized what was happening and picked up on his illness when he started becoming overwhelmed about getting a cut. Fasha put him at ease by saying that she and I go way back (even though this is the first time I had ever met her) and that I get cuts from her all the time (even though I never had). Once he eased up, she kept him at ease throughout the haircutting process and gave him a nice cut once it was all said and done. Fasha's warmth, kindness, and empathy towards my father made my father's experience easy, and I will definitely return here for his future haircuts. Fasha deserves all the promotions!Service: Haircut

Update on my review, was a 2 star, because some of the people there seemed to have a rude attitude, and couldn't consistently do the same haircut correctly.Since then new people have shown up, and they are friendly and good at getting the haircut correct each time. Glad to be able to update from a 2 to a 5 and continue going here

They were very friendly and the place was clean. Helpful too with what's best for my hair, and frequency of washing and conditioning...even suggested somethings for my beard. When I return to Abilene I will definitely go there.

Walked to the barrow st. Great clips with my dog. Only person there. The ladies said it’s against the law for me to bring my dog in. Really?? Now I have to go home and find another place to get my hair cut. ??
