Rooms need rehab. Nothing upgraded. Older TV’s. Our remote was broken. Night manager was very nice and found us a working one in a couple of hours. Pamela, mgr, very nice and helped with some other issues and we were very appreciative. .Young lady who set up breakfast very sweet. Just needs upgrades by owner, as employees can only do so much.

Staff was great. Helpful and courteous. The room was dingy and dated. Furniture was worn. Wallpaper peeling and tub shower diverted wouldn’t work properly. This hotel is way over priced for the quality of room. more of a Motel 6 vibe than a Hilton Product. I will not stay there again

Good location, nice room, and quiet location. An easy walk to the mall after many hours of driving. A few restaurants close by. Friendly and helpful front desk. The breakfast buffet was a little sparse, but fresh food was constantly being brought out. However, we would stay here again.

This place is conveniently located and has a fair price. Unfortunately the customer services could be improved on. The guy at the Front desk, Wann, rolled his eyes and didn’t even verbalize an answer when I ask. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk, so no wake up calls. The breakfast they give only had plastic spoons. You had to use a spoon, then nothing was stocked in the snack area, my door didn’t shut on my room. I asked and report the issues but nothing was done and I was looked at like a complainer. Look, I travel 90% of the time for work and have stay and small B&B to the Ritz in New Orleans and everywhere in between. I won’t be going back and I’m a Diamond member.

Rooms were a bit dated as so as the entire facility. Did allow pets so that was a positive. Pool was tiny. Breakfast was par.

Great place to stay just off Hwy 84 traveling through Abilene.Walkability: A nice Chinese Buffet as well as a gas station with snacks and drinks are walking distance from the hotel.

I normally stay at the Hampton on I-20, I don't ever recall a complaint. I only stayed here because of the need of separate beds. My bed had some long (head) hairs pulling back the sheets. Other than that the room was clean. The staff was nice. But at 9am there was no breakfast. Only some oatmeal and a few potatoes. No strong coffee and the other container had a little and it was luke warm.

The dining area is never clean there's always food from the day before on the floor I've stayed here 3 times in the last 2 months and no one seems to clean the area, The breakfast here is horrible not fresh I left to go to the store around 4:45 and all the breakfast stuff was out and they start serving breakfast at this location at 6 so I'm not sure why it was out a hour and fifteen minutes before maybe that's why it didn't taste fresh,hot, or appetizing it's sad we pay all this money for a cold breakfast hopefully they can get someone in there kitchen that knows what their doingFood & drinks: Don't eat the food
