It was easy to find things and we didn't have staff hanging around looking over your shoulder the whole time. Great enough selections and usually some great deals. There is always parking available in this area to make the trip convenient. The staff are alright but not overly enthusiastic to be working there it seems. When you do ask them questions, they don't hesitate to showcase their knowledge. Either way, it's easier to get in and out of this place than your Lowe's or Home Depot.

The last time my boyfriend & I had gone in we had asked an associate (didn’t get her name) a question, yes she was busy stocking, but answered rudely and didn’t help us after. Today I went it to return something, waited in line & when it was my turn a gentleman walked in & the associate, Vanessa, told him she would take care of him before me because I had a return & would be a while. She didn’t ask me if that was okay or acknowledge me at all! When it was my turn, finally because the man’s number didn’t register, she got on her phone and still didn’t acknowledge me. Then asked me about there promotion or something forgetting I had a return. It’s took her maybe 1-2 mins to return my item. It took her longer to check that man out that it did for my return. She was very rude & unprofessional.
