Hannah did my hair but didn't finish the service. My advice is, if you can't finish the service then don't start it. Left with damped hair. Was my 1st time getting my hair done and the experience wasn't great. I had got it done for my birthday day but decided to post for future clients choosing the stylist.
Stylist: Hannah didn't finish the service and was rushing.

Love this Salon!! All the Girls are so friendly and Wonderful!! My hair was looking a little "boxy" and wanted to add some Sass ☺️ Michelle gave me an Amazing angled LOB ❤️ I'll definitely be going back!! I do have to warn you though: This Salon is Dangerous!!! Adorable store front Boutique You'll be leaving with more than just beautiful locks ☺️

I love this hair salon. I went to different places and searched salons but they look at you like as if you can't afford it and I wasted money and they didn't cut my hair the way I wanted it , I was very disappointed. And I called and made an appointment with heart and soul and they answered very friendly ♥️ and asked me how I wanted it cut because they cared . I recommend this salon. Gigi did a good job on my hair. I love ♥️ it and I feel like a different me, and it looks good when I style it , she was the one who did a great job and cared about how I wanted it. I'm gonna keep going there to Heart and Soul Salon, for my hair needs. I recommend this Salon. ?

Hannah did my hair. Only bleached the top half of my hair because I already had blonde on my ends and she "didn't want to damage it". She didn't mention the fact that the bottom half of my hair was a complete different color from the top with a visible line. Then curled my hair and didn't offer me a mirror to see the back....I thought it looked great curled and then when I straightened it, seen the real condition. She was supposed to text me to set up appts for my girls to get their haircut and i realized why she never texted me when i straightened it. I messaged Hannah asking for a refund for the bleaching portion and she said no. I could only come back in and have it fixed. At that point the trust is completely lost so of course I wasn't going to come back in. Had no issues taking my $40 tip tho.....stay away! I had 3 other ladies message me with the same experience. All 3 different stylists at this salon. I paid for a service that I didn't receive and only half of my hair is done...

Hannah only bleached the top half of my hair....then wanted me to come back in to "fix" it with a toner. Wouldn't refund me any of the $180 dollars or $40 tip. Curled my hair so I couldn't see the straight line of blonde.......

Did NOT get the same friendly staff as everyone else in the reviews. Got stuck with the older lady with an attitude.. hair cut was for my daughter and when the stylist asked her how much she wanted off her bangs, my daughter called me over and the lady rolled her eyes and scoffed like that was inconvenient to her. I said she wanted to keep them long, she wanted a feathered Farrah faucet look and as I turned around she chopped her bangs at her eyebrows! Didn't asked if we wanted it blow dried and styled or even a mirror to ask if my daughter was happy. She was just done.. would not recommend this shop to anyone.

A friend told me to go here after she received a great haircut after having long hair for years. My hair was also long and I couldn't do anything to it to make it look NOT boring. I came in and got my cut by Lili and she did AMAZING. She looked at the pictures I showed her of short hair styles I was going for and she made it a reality for me. Not only did she help me achieve my hair dreams but she was so fun to talk to; sweet, funny, relatable, and so down to earth . I will be returning here for my next cut!!
