My first CPAP experience was great. Got the machine quickly and received reminders about replenishing supplies (filters, mask, tubing, etc.) However, five years later and since I've been on my new machine, I have received zero reminders. I went in to the office in person and got supplies (waited forever) and was assured that I would start getting the auto-remind phone calls again. Never happened. I went in again on October 3rd and there was one lady working out front...she was delightful and was willing to help. She updated my information and asked if I needed supplies, which I did. However, since she was the only one there, she asked if it would be okay to ship it. I said yes. Now it's been nearly a month and still no supplies. TERRIBLE!!! Follow up: Here it is 22 days since I met with them...when I call, I only get voicemail. 2 calls later, still haven't received supplies or a call back. Beyond ridiculous. Makes one wonder what would be happening if I had a medically fragile situation....would I get sick? Die? What's their responsibility here?

Now I understand the low ratings ..I should have seen them before I used them...I will never recommend this business to any one..wish I could lower rating, ut would be a negative...and the employees are so uncompassionate, kmon Hendricks step up your game

They were very helpful and knowledgeable with the medical supplies and equipment I needed. They also knew what I needed to do regarding anything with my insurance.

Hendrick Medical Supply has no customer support at all. I have attempted to buy products from them, and forced to wait in line for long periods just to find out they had not followed through on my previous visit. Terrible!

Malcom and Rueben just set up all equipment for my husband’s hospice. They were awesome. I recommend them to everyone. God’s angels at work

They used to play Christian music, but this pam lady doesn't want anyone to get offended. I think she forgot the mission statement, or she disagrees with Hendrick. Can't believe shower chairs are over $90, walkers are over $120!!

Always call me to check on my supplies for my CPAP. Got me a new nebuliezer when mine got old and rattled. Got me a new CPAP machine after I’d had mine 5 yrs. employees at both Abilene & Sweetwater are so helpful. Helped us with my husbands rolater instead of a plain walker. So thankful for all of them

My sleep apnea equipment has been topnotch. The folks at HMS punctually remind me when I need to restock. Any time I call they are helpful. Twice I've been in Abilene and actually visited their facility, I found them to be professional.

I DO NOT recommend this business !! They were to PICK UP medical supplies at 4:00, but they came at 11 and the driver told me he was there to DELIVER, I saw the orders. When I called to ask some questions, they asked when the patient had died. The patient is still alive !! Everyone I spoke with did not take ownership of the mistakes and just wanted to blame someone else.
