I purchased quartz for my kitchen and leathered marble for my bathroom - they are stunning - the installers arrived promptly and did a super job. Jordan, Lacy and Kislah were awesome to work with, always communicated well and replied in a prompt manner. I would definitely purchase from INcounters again.

The entire process went very smoothly. The installers did an outstanding job getting the counter tops level and seamed together nicely. This is the second time I have used encounters and both times I have been completely satisfied and would recommend anyone looking for countertops to use them

From start to finish it was an efficient and smooth process. Mandy, the sales rep, was thorough and checked in regularly with the process. The turn around from measurements and installation was very fast, especially considering it was around the holidays. Colter and Wesley installed quickly, quietly and cleanly and did a great job! This company was also quite good about not just confirming a install time, but communicating about who would be working ahead of time and the arrival time on the the day of installation.

Wanted an idea how much it would be to fix a cracked granite table top. Won’t look at it to give an estimate without charging $150 are you kidding me????
