The old guy we spoke with hardly had any knowledge on what he was doing said we owed almost 3 thousand and when we set up a payment plan the IRS says they didn't even have my side of the paperwork (we filed married jointly) and told us to just pay online but we can't pay online since it shows no balance, customer service here is so unprofessional got sent to some customer representative who was extremely unprofessional talking about how they were probably gonna fire her since she couldn't even log in and slurring her words never again I wish I could have gotten my $160 I paid for this lousy service back

Martha greeted us as we entered for our appointment. She was pleasant from the start. Our return ended up being a bit more difficult than we expected and she had to call her supervisor Brenda. These two ladies are a wonderful asset to your company. Brenda explained everything so Martha and ourselves could understand. Not only did they work great with us, they were friendly the entire time even though it was a difficult return. We certainly look forward to working with one or both of them in the future.

This service was a Hugh disappointment. We went one day prepared to finish paper work and be done. The lady doing the paperwork apparently did not know what she was doing. It came out saying we owed 9,000 dollars. We said that could not be right she said she could ask for a supervisor to review it biut of course that meant coming back the next day to finish it. She said she would call us after the review by noon no one had called. We called and were told she was out so no message left for anyone else to call very upsetting to worry all night and half of next day. The second day a new lady looked at it and said we were getting a refund. This is unbelievable from owing 9,0000 to a refund. I would never recommend them and the fee was out of sight without much apology for us having to make 2 trips when this was all on Jackson employee. Do not glo there.

Most of the people were very friendly. The office was under staffed and unable to keep appointment times. I dealt with three people to do a drop off, have taxes done and complete and sign. I never actually dealt with the person who prepared my taxes

Our rep is always there to help us in filing our tax refund with professionalism and explaining every step of the way. She is one person I can trust and depend on doing our refund every year!

I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for 8 years and they always make sure I git the best service possible. I like.most the tax prepares there . When I set a appointment I never wait longer than 15 minutes before the call me.
