If I could give 0 stars I would. Ashley at this south 14th location rushed through our process of filing taxes & said “I’m use to just going through these & was in a hurry” to get it done, that she made Multiple mistakes, we are still currently waiting on the rest of our taxes for the 2022 tax year.

Not great. The first office I went to the agent was not helpful at all and seemed like they did not want to do our taxes and sent us to a different location. Spent the entire day in the next office. Tax agent seemed disorganized. There was nothing out of the ordinary about our taxes and this should have been a simple process.

Love this location! Kalisha is awesome to file taxes with, we filed with her last year and went today to file and I was hoping we got her again and sure enough she is there. She's friendly, knows what she is doing. All around amazing person.

Judi was a delight! Quick, efficient, informative. I arrived early and was in the seat almost right away. Queen of multitasking: even with the phone busy, 2 returns finished in about 40 minutes! Better refunds than past year! Thank you!!

This store is Very bad!! My friend filled her taxes from February they charger her $500, but she never get the taxes return until now, its been over 5 months and still waiting!!!They just want your money.
