The accountant that did our taxes was very thorough. She made sure that we got what was owed to us, and even helped us not get into trouble with the IRS, concerning the stimulus check that was sent last year.

Tried to ask if I needed to reschedule due to misplacing a document and was given a website in a huge rush and told "bye-bye" and hung up on before I could even ask to reschedule. In general I could barely say a word.

God took care of me through them. I had an appointment with them at one location but their training schedule unavoidably interrupted that appt. While I was in car preparing to find another location, a rep called me at that moment! She rescheduled me to the next closest location and my taxes were done within a short time! Great team work from everyone involved: seemingly effortless, and quite pleasant, experience. Ashley worked very hard to get me the best refund and the best discount for the prep. Did better this year! Thank God for being taken care of!
