My husband had purchased a Fisher's of Men bracelet in this store several years ago and we took it today to have it repaired and they told us that it was not purchased there. I know several other people who have said the same thing has happened to them at other James Avery locations. The moral of the story is keep the box and the receipt and the paperwork and take a picture of it when you purchase it

Zach and Susan at your Catclaw location Are Awesome!! Both have always gone above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs are met. Always help us when my family and I are in the store. It also is great because we come from Colorado City which is over an hour away. Thank you Zach and Susan for Always taking the time to make us feel important and getting everything we need. Awesome Employees.

I love J.A. I have plenty of jewelry from James Avery. I usually shop at the location in Cedar Park and enjoy great customer service. However, this location was not very welcoming at all. Which makes me so sad, not the usual customer service I find at these stores.
