2 appointments in a row where I fell off the books or couldn't been seen at my scheduled time. I live out of town, about a 35-40 min drive. Not sure what's going on lately. Maybe an email or text for cancelations or rescheduling would save an unnecessary trip for us out of town customers.

Great! I was in desperate need of a cut before attending a family reunion. I walked in and was styled by Ty'Janae. She was excellent! Listened, checked with me and did a fantastic job at a great price! Definitely will continue to be a client and will bring my daughter to her as well!

My 5-star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is for Janae! She did a great job on my toddler’s hair. Janae was very sweet and patient even with all the fidgeting she had to put up with lol. The other ladies in the salon were also so nice to her and very professional overall. Janae did a great job on her hair, I was impressed and my daughter loves how her hair turned out. Janae also is great with maintenance and gave my daughter a fresh trim that she very much needed. I would gladly take my daughter to see her again and highly recommend Janae for anyone of any age 😊

i’m SO mad, i’ve been sobbing since i left the salon. i asked for simple highlights and my hair dresser wouldn’t even listen and kept going on and on about how dead my hair was. i get telling me once or twice but she just would not shut up about it which made me extremely frustrated! and on top of that she didn’t even try to be gentle, she was going HAM at my head like i was a doll! i’ve also had a headache since i left! before she started she showed me her OWN picture and said she wanted to do that instead. ummm, NO! you will give me what I want! she then proceeds to chop ALL my hair off nearly to my shoulders when before i had hair down to my mid back. AND my hair was falling out because it developed for too long and she didn’t care to tell me until AFTER she was done frying it all off! i will NOT be coming back!!

Came in today as a walk in they had a cowbell to ring for service I rang twice .I finally stepped in and made contact with a worker i said hello she said HI I think? I stepped back and waited for someone no one came so I stepped in again the lady said can I help you I said I'm walking in for a hair cut if possible? she laughed while working on some ladies hair and said "ummmm I dont know what to tell you but Im The only one here" I said ok and I walked out . Really! Why post online your open if no ones there to provide service . Never going back . . Ridiculouse.

I always love going here! I get color and cuts. I also have a horrible allergy to coconut, and they work so hard to keep me from dying. They are friendly and professional too!

Went in for color, cut and highlights. Showed stylist a picture of what I wanted. She acted like she didn't really want to do it, and kind of talked me out of the color and brightness of the highlights. After finally deciding on colors, she applied the dye to my hair then put the bleach for the highlights on top of the dye. Maybe this is a new technique?? But it did not work. Granted my hair looked better than when I walked in, but no where near what I wanted. Really did not look much different than my natural hair. Disappointed to say the least. Maybe that's what I get for having a late appointment time????Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Never ever use this place i took my son and she made him bald her name is lee then she tried telling us we said 1in on top and bottom no we did not we even showed her what we wanted

Went in for cut color blow dry was so happy with the results! Anna is an amazing hairdresser! My hair hasn't looked this good in years! If looking for a hairdresser that really listens and does fantastic hair she is your girl! Thank you again for the beautiful hair and service! Couldn't be happier

I forgot my stylist name but it was similar to Liu. Or spelled like that. She did an amazing job on my perm. I love it.

Went there for a haircut..perm....came out disappointed. She did not layer it . Now I have short and long cuts uneven . They assigned a lady that didn't cut my hair the way I wanted it. I showed her a picture and it wasnt even close to looking ike the picture.Not going there no more. I thought like they say because its JC Pennys quote "✌" on "✌" quote thought they cut good the way you want it if you take them picture how you want it cut .......not true. I was very disappointed with my hair....?.Services: Haircut
