I was shopping today, Saturday, in the Abilene JCPenney. When I went to check out, there were only two checkouts open! Fortunately, a customer behind me found a cashier in one of the specialty kiosks who was able to check us out. A customer shouldn't have to search for a cashier!!

I have not shopped in a JCPenney for 10 years and I’m not likely to shop again in a JCPenney another 10 years if they’re still around. Very rude sales people and their computer systems do not apply the appropriate discounts.
