I am BEYOND upset. We ordered a class ring for my son on November 14th. I went to the ring ceremony and was told his ring would be shipped on December 24th. I called after Christmas holidays to get status of ring and they confirmed that his ring was shipped on December 24th but with the holidays it could take a few more days . I asked how long shipping normally took and she said 10 business days. I told her I completely understand and would check back the next week. 2 weeks ago when I called, the girl who answered the phone said it shouldn’t be much longer because it was shipped on December 24th. I called last week , a gentleman answered and seemed like it was odd that we haven’t received it. He said he was emailing the company and would get back with me. I have yet to hear back from him ! My husband called yesterday for a update and received the same run around. I called the 1-800 number TODAY 1-19-2022 , was asked for my order # to find out his ring IS NOT EVEN FINISHED, they are waiting to put the stone in?. SO, not only have I been lied to that his ring was shipped BUT it’s not even finished WOW! We spent over $450 , this is UNBELIEVABLE! I amcurrently looking around at other places so I can cancel my order ! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Son’s letter jacket was ordered months ago and came in with one incorrect patch and one correct patch. We sent it back to have it fixed, and six weeks later, it came back with the correct patch gone, and the incorrect patch corrected. The wait time is far too long, and having to wait three times for the same set of instructions to be followed is absurd. The people at the Abilene location are nice, but I am tired of having to wait for something we ordered and paid for months ago.

My daughter went to retrieve her graduation order and her announcements were missing. The best "Mitsy," the Abilene store manager could do was send an email to the plant. She provided me with a phone number to an office that doesn't even handle my order. This order was placed since Dec. of 2020 and here we are a little over a month away from graduation and I don't even know if announcements will be delivered before graduation. Sadly Jostens is the main company Abilene uses for graduation and Mitsys' attitude regarding the situation was not only apathetic but a disappointment in customer service.

I would like to thank MR. Cook for showing absolutely NO empathy when it came to making sure my son's class ring would be in, in time for the class ring ceremony. They held on to my credit card information for OVER a month before ever running it, which then caused a decline, leaving it too soon to even pay for and make my son's ring in time, and then showed absolutely NO empathy or concern, and didn't even care to make it right. And to think I almost gave this company nearly $520!!! I have 3 children and Jostens wont see a penny from me!!

These folks are awesome. Got all my sons Guaduation stuff from them and his letter man jacket on the way as well. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend them.
