This was our first time shopping at Kay’s. At first we didn’t see any rings that caught our eyes. We were helped by Ariel. Who was so sweet, very knowledgeable, and had amazing customer service. She seemed to know exactly what we were looking for before we knew ourselves. We had an amazing experience! We will continue to shop at Kay’s in the future! Thank you, Ariel!

My bracelet broke 11 days after receiving it. The online help told me to take it to the store to exchange it instead of returning it. The manager, Irma and associate were very rude and would not exchange it because it was not in "good condition" which of course is because it was broken. There were no signs of wear or discoloration. they told me I should have bought the warranty. The $50 warranty for a $200 bracelet that only lasted 11 days. After being turned away I contacted the online service and sent a picture of the bracelet and they didn't understand why they refused to exchange my bracelet. They let me turn the item and repurchase it, which ended up being cheaper than what I paid originally and gave me a discount for the inconvenience from the staff at this store. There are way too many other places to shop for jewelery than to be treated like that by a store that doesn't stand by their products. I would have understood 6 months later or even 3 months later but the return policy says return within 30 days or exchange within 60 days and they refused to honor that at the store itself. As I was leaving the manager made a snarky comment to the associate saying that's what the warranty is for which was rude and unprofessional especially when the item broke after only 11 days of having it and the 2nd time I wore it. Thanks to their rudeness I ended up saving more money by handling this online. ?

Magen has gone above and beyond for me. Her customer service has been top notch and absolute gold every time I talk to her whether I’m making a purchase or not . I’m extremely hard to impress and she definitely has done that and then some. Fantastic job ma’am.

We’ve been a customer of Kay Jewelers for over 30 years. Out of that time we’ve only had 2 problems which were fixed. For the past several years, Anais at the Abilene TX location has been our go to person. She has always made us feel like a valued customer whether we purchased anything or not. She goes above and beyond what we generally think of as good customer service. When it comes to jewelry inspections, she takes the time to make sure everything is in perfect shape in addition to making sure the ID numbers are correct on the stones. She is actually, with the exception of I think one individual who was working with her one time, to take the time to verify the numbers. That is excellent customer service giving us the assurance that nothing was replaced without our knowledge. To us, she is a great asset to the company.

My boyfriend purchased a necklace for me at this location and was double charged. This business seems to not know what a refund is and will keep the money that they wrongfully took. In simple terms, they basically stole the money and how that's allowed is beyond me. No one at this company seems to be concerned about figuring out how to issue customers a refund. The integrity at this company is nonexistent.

My family was treated so kindly by the store manager Irma! We stopped by to shop for my oldest son for a high school graduation gift. Irma was patient and took her time to answer his questions while he tried on several gold chains. She helped him find the perfect chain that he will wear for years to come. The gold chain selection was great and the service was even better. It’s hard to go out and shop with a big family, there are seven of us. Irma and her team made my family feel welcome and my son receiving the gift feel special. Thank you Abilene Kay Jewelers!!! I highly recommend!

Love to browse thru Kay's, a girl's gotta dream! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Stop in and get your jewelry cleaned while you shop. They also have appraisal services and jewelry repair.
