Drove 200 miles from Dallas to buy a Kia Carnival from Kia of Abilene. Terrance and team worked out the whole deal remotely, leading to the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Great experience, highly recommend.

WOW!! Sold me a 2 year old f150. Claimed I was going to be the second owner. The truck was actually stolen the year of manufacture off the lot new. 34k miles were put on the truck by the thief, not a previous owner. They hid all this information from me at time of sale. Figured I'd do a 5 star because nobody will see the 0 stars they deserve. This was after 2 brand new vehicle purchases from them keep in mind. Lost my business for life. I have all the documentation to prove this is not a slander review, this is real life people. WATCH OUT.

I drove all the way from San Antonio to buy a car from Kia of Abilene since they were the only dealer in the state with the Car specs I was looking for. Super easy and smooth process. Kyle (K2) was unbelievably easy to work with and even Drew the finance guy was kind and took the time to clearly go over all the numbers. Kyle really knew all the is and outs of the carnival even though the car practically sells itself. It was clear he loved his job and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer feels at ease during the process. Will absolutely consider using them again (despite the drive) for our next car.

Saturday went to Kia to look around, Kayla walked up to us started a conversation really help us narrow down the vehicle that would be best in the price range. Took it for a test drive and sat and talked numbers and payments. Kayla was extremely helpful and so impressed by her willingness to come to us all while the other sale men were just standing at the door not moving. Kayla was so sweet. I couldn't even go to some website and look at the used cars that are under 10,000.00 .I called and the man said to go to Kia of Abilene website. I didn't see no cars like for price of 4,600.00 or 5,000.00 Poor sorry website doesn't show but 25,000.00 or 40,000.00 cars. I might as well go to the Dallas/Fortworth Metroplex to find me a good used car. And Wow !!! Just reading these bad comments I don't think I want to buy me a car here ....no way !!! I think I have a better chance In Dallas/ Metroplex.

They will lie about their packages. Paid for the 100k mile drivetrain service package which includes all oil changes. I've had to pay for ever oil change because the wouldn't honor the service package.
