My mother loves this this place & we came here so she could grab a few things, however, this lady (not old but not young either) working there 12/1 was very inpatient, I was going to pay with tap but they don’t take tap so it is not my fault the store does not take tap. I was sending the money to my mother’s account & she was demanding to just put in the card not once not twice. Told her nicely to give us a second because I am the one paying for my mother. Very rude & made the experience shopping their stressful towards the end. Worst customer service we have ever experienced as well.

I really love Kirkland’s and the customer service at this store is amazing. Evan the cashier helped my mom and I pick out some decoration for our Christmas tree.

The only reason this store got 2 stars is because of the stuff in the store. The associate, Gennie, was insufferable! When asking questions, she made it seem like it was such an inconvenience for us to be talking to her! I get everyone has bad days or doesn’t want to work but you’re there, put on a face and fake it for the day. No need to take it out on your customers!

Very nice store to shop at. Very clean, friendly staff, very nice merchandise for your home to make it very comfortable and lovely. Their is so much to choose from for every room of your home. Check out Kirkland's, I promise you will you love this store.

This was my first visit to Kirkland's new location outside the mall. The store was lovely and smelled so nice. They had fall decor on sale and there were some lovely wreaths on half price. I also spotted some throw pillows that I think would look fine in my living room. I was pleased with the selection of art, decor and scent items (candles, potpourri, sachets, etc.). I will definitely go back.

Beautiful items. Room to move about. Wait for sales. Love this store but I am a sick elderly woman and cannot afford much. Waiting until i can get any one of dozens of beautiful things to put above my sofa. Great service too.
