They didn't honor my Kohls cash. Cashier just ditched it. Had a $330 order, provided a 30% off coupon, and it only took off $32 versus $99. Unsure why anything is called a sale when you don't see much. With the extent of the hassle, I'll just avoid all this by shopping somewhere else.

I went in there to buy a few things and I walked up to Sephoras little spot in the store to look at some of the perfumes and I started to walk away to look at more clothes and one of the staff kept staring at me. Until she finally came up to me and told me that I needed to pay the "perfume that I was holding to the cashier." I was just holding a little charging box and I asked her what she was talking about and she repeated her sentence to me but more ruder than before, so I showed her the box that I was holding and told her that if she was going to accuse someone she needed to be more observant in what someone was holding. What she did was totally unacceptable. She turned around and started to laugh to her co-workers, saying sorry to them even though she was rude to me. I will not be going back to this store. I am very disappointed with the staff there.

Lights off in the men's dressing room and no one knows why or cares. Or maybe they don't want you in the dressing room??I'll go somewhere else .

Recently had an interview on a Saturday 11/16 at Abilene,Tx location. I got the pleasure of interviewing with manager Ryan, Ryan is more PERSONAL that PROFESSIONAL about his family, he has 4 children. Two he has custody over. Oh and with two different women. He’s from Ohio. And loves the southern hospitality since he’s not used to that. During MY interview, I can honestly say the manager told me more about himself than I could. The interviewer lasted 20 oddly minutes. After he finally took a breath…he said “do I have any questions”. I didn’t know any requirements or anything job related for that matter. Neither pay. Long story short, Ryan said the ONLY reason I wouldn’t get the job, would be because of my availability. After reassuring him I can make accommodations. He said ok great ! Spoke to Ryan on Wednesday 3/20, he claimed they sent decline letters on yesterday.. he picked an internal worker instead.

Every time I’ve been in this store, I’ve been welcomed and asked if I needed anything specifically. The store is always neat, laid out in a logical manner and easy to navigate. The cashiers have been helpful and professional. Kim, in particular, has been kind, friendly, and helpful. I always look for her when I’m shopping there.
